Here we are again another week another page in the CCChallenge set by Linda at Studio L3. Now as you will see from my blog I have not had any crafting time this week again - see sad face :-( .
I am determined if at all possible to enter this challenge to the end each week; only doubling up if I absolutely have too and end up missing a week. I am its official seriously addicted to this Challenge!
Now I have masks neatly packaged just waiting to be opened and I am ashamed to say have been that way for just ages, so thanks Linda for making me break them out of the packaging so they could come and play.
Soooooo here is my interpretation of week #14 masks. I have also sploshed some water onto the background inks - some a bit heavy handed it seems - still could be a moon - it could oh yes it can if you look hard enough! LOL it is true that ART is in the eye of the beholder after all :-()!!!!!
I have used Tim Holts DI faded jeans, tumbled glass and worn lipstick, masks from borderline set TH, Stamp from shabby french set TH.
I am entering this into Sunday Stampers also as Hels theme this week is blue and red - again I have missed doing these challenges as time has not been on my side of late hope things will improve soooooooon.
Bye for now
I like this. Good job.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely! I like the effect of the water and yes, it does look like the moon! I know what you mean about unpacking the masks - I'm guilty of that too - still, better late than never as they say!
ReplyDeleteOh I really love this! What a wonderful background you have created for the birds. My masks like that are looking pretty new. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteTerrific masking and colours and I love the design as well. Altogether just brilliant. Annette
ReplyDeleteMaggie, it's just GORGEOUS! Your masking couldn't be better, and I think you did the water-splash perfectly! The dramatic background is perfect for this great imagery and the cool colors you chose.
ReplyDeleteHoney, we ALL have packages of things we've purchased that have never been opened, so don't feel ashamed! The time always comes eventually.
As you always do, you've created a really amazing work of art for the CCC!
Fabby art, thanks for joinin in with the Sunday Stamper hun :O))
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely. Fantastic background, and those birds are great. I'm another person who only took the masks out of the packet for this challenge.

Great piece, Maggie! The best thing about this challenge is that it is getting us all to break out those unused items in our stash! Love your colours and the background is fab - cheers!
ReplyDeleteI am amazed how many of us have not used a product until these challenges! Your tag is really awesome! Love the colors and water effect! Very cool!
ReplyDeleteThis is super cool Maggie!
